Similar case happen before where protonmail shares IP address https://thehackernews.com/2021/09/protonmail-shares-activists-ip-address.html

This time the National Defence Radio Establishment have conducted illegal surveillance and espionage towards others which they reported in to Protonmail as spam to get the users account suspended, even the accounts that no mail has sent from.

Since you have displayed these screenshots can I reasonably assume that this is your account ?  In which case first there is no mention of any interference by any Swiss security agency or indeed any one else but the allegation is made of the 'unrestricted and spammy messaging it was used for'.

That post goes on to say 'You can explain your actions and provide us with details if you would like this case to be reassessed by our team'. Have you done so or made any attempt to do so ?

In any case BC does not get involved in disputes between members and other web-sites, it is none of our business. Topic closed.
