Hubbub aims to be an HTML5 compliant parsing library. At the moment it is unfinished and the tokeniser is not up-to-date with the spec. I've been following the HTML5 spec for a couple of years and want to see a web browser actually implementing the parsing section. I propose to get hubbub up-to-spec, tested, and integrated into NetSurf proper.
