Sets or retrieves whether to display a border for the frame.

Syntax

HTML<ELEMENT FRAMEBORDER = sBorder... >
Scripting[ sBorder = ] object.frameBorder

Possible Values

sBorderString that specifies or receives one of the following values.
1Default. Inset border is drawn.
0No border is drawn.
noNo border is drawn.
yesInset border is drawn.

The property is read/write. The property has a default value of 1.

Expressions can be used in place of the preceding value(s), as of Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5. For more information, see About Dynamic Properties.

Remarks

Invalid settings default to displaying borders.
