OECD Risk Awareness Tool for Multinational Enterprises in Weak Governance Zones: Public Consultation November 2005

The OECD Risk Awareness Tool for Multinational Enterprises in Weak Governance Zones was adopted by the OECD Council on 8 June 2006.  After extensive consultation in the early stages of development, the OECD Investment Committee made available a draft text for public comment through an online consultation which took place between 26 October 2005 and 23 November 2005. Comments of all sorts were encouraged -- from a general assessment of only a few lines to detailed, point-by-point remarks. Comments received can be downloaded in pdf file format.  These comments were used to improve the draft risk awareness tool.
