My phone won't update because the system storage is 25GB full I only have 5GB of apps I'm sick of samsung and I hate apple was a loyal customer for 20 years now you can't do anything with them unless you pay $1,200 for whatever slave made junk they put out next.

Sure, it's pricey, but the investment will pay off; blaming Samsung while continuing to use an antiquated phone indicates that you, not Samsung, are at fault.

My parents have similar views when it comes to technology, always hesitating to upgrade; they don't even have a phone...

Dude I wasn't being offensive just honestly shocked so apologies if it sounded like that I forgot the forums bleep certain words. I will say again though you can't blame Samsung for your device. Multiple companies offer trade-ins for a newer device (it won't be top of the line but it'll def be better then what you're rocking) or switch to this company get this phone free etc.

Is Google cloud or Samsung cloud a viable option for you to move your files taking up space? Or do you use RAM plus?

I used both Samsung and google deleted all apps I could and the update still would download so I gave up.
