We work with our clients to understand their ethos and the message they wish to communicate. We then provide an unexpected, creative and individual event solution.As one of the leading event management companies in London, we know our industry inside out and make it our mission to know all the greatest venues and how to work within them. We’re super creative and challenge ourselves to come up with the most unique, unusual and exciting event venues, designs and ideas. Organised by Story Events, the London Christmas Party Show is a boutique exhibition bringing together the best Christmas venues and suppliers with top event buyers seeking inspiration. Like many exhibitions, carpet was a necessary component of the event set-up. However, Story Events made the sustainable decision to use only the bare minimum of carpet where absolutely necessary. This strategy meant that just 18m² of carpet was all that could be found at the Christmas Party Show. 🙌 And that's not all, Story Events teamed up with Event Cycle to prolong the life of the carpet even further - turning the carpet from the show into a force for good. 💚 Event Cycle found a home for it in two different places with one wonderful organisation - Hoofprints Miniature Haven. Hoofprints rescue and rehabilitates creatures of all sizes, whilst also running education and therapy programs, where they work with diverse groups, including the elderly, children, and individuals with disabilities. Some of the carpet is now furnishing the home of a deserving family Hoofprints has been working with, adding warmth they've missed for 6 months. The rest cosies up Hoofprints' welcome area and stables.
