At SocialTalent, we are inspired by the powerful message our resident inclusion expert, Salma El-Wardany.     Using the best version of AI can actually lead to a lower quality of work, but how? A Harvard Business School study, "Falling Asleep at the Wheel," found that high-level AI can lead recruiters to become too reliant on the technology, resulting in a passive approach....not ideal!
