As part of this work, you’ll be working closely with the engineering, product and coaching team to build an engine that will dynamically build users the optimal training plan, whilst adapting based on external inputs (from previous workouts to live recovery tracking). We're Hiring! Head of Brand Marketing As the Head of Brand Marketing at Runna, you will play a pivotal role in evolving the brand's identity, driving user engagement, and expanding our reach. You will lead in the core functions of the brand marketing side of the business. These include social content, kit, events, podcast and you will collaborate closely with the broader term to deliver amazing cross-functional content. Your role will include: Striving to make the Runna brand a true icon in the fitness industry Overseeing the Organic Social Content, Events, Merchandise and Podcast areas of Runna. Design, build and maintain our social media presence through your line management of the social content team to produce the most engaging, viral and educational content - across TikTok, Graphic Design, Photography and Videography. Manage our Events work-stream covering Partnered events, Expos, Run clubs, shakeout runs and Runna hosted events. Oversee our Merchandise design, development and distribution. Work with our Podcast provider and internal team to deliver and elevate our Runna Podcast. Working with the wider team to make sure all creative and ad copy is line with the Runna tone of voice and brand identity. Bringing fresh ideas to our brand strategy and be willing to experiment with and build upon them, utilising our Founders, Ambassadors & Partners - including PR stunts and events - be willing to think outside the box! Be the expert on our customers and competition; compile, analyse and manage competitive, market and industry knowledge. London x Runna Weekend 🇬🇧🔥🙌 What a monumental weekend for the Runna team! With over 10,000 Runnas completing the marathon on Sunday, last week marked one of the biggest. A whole lot of preparation, organisation and teamwork went into it to create a marathon week like no other. From prepping our Runnas at the London Expo, shaking out any last minute nerves at our Shakeout run on Saturday, to supporting (with some of the team running the marathon!) and closing the day with our afterparty at Red Bull HQ. It really was a weekend of celebrations and goes without saying “hard work pays off.” Another huge congratulations to those who completed the marathon. What goal is next? 🙌
