It was a real pleasure to attend the HWJ x NEOM Wellbeing Wellness Event this morning to celebrate the end of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek 🙌🏼🧠 HWJ is an incredible Edinburgh based social running club which promotes the importance of connecting with others through running. As I am currently studying MSc Physical Activity for Health, I am so interested in, and aware of, the plethora of research emphasing the positive correlation between physical activity, social connection and improved mental wellbeing - which makes events such as today so impactful! Thank you to HWJ and Neom for a fantastic morning!⭐️

At NEOM, we truly believe that small steps make a BIG difference 👏 During this Mental Health Awareness Week, we will ask our community and employees to join the 2024 NEOM challenge: Walk 10,000 steps per day (7 days), to make a big difference to our wellbeing and help us find our feel good! We’ll be connecting with our community, asking challengers to post feel good messages of encouragement, motivation and positivity. Together, we will help raise awareness of #MomentsForMovement for the Mental Health Foundation and the importance of moving to help our mental health.
