Wow, what an awesome day the team #Nativevideo spent at the #Salesforce#WorldTour London last Thursday! It was jam-packed, not only with people but also keynotes, sessions, demos, partners connections…
We #launched the latest version of #Vinton to huge excitement for its new analysis features. Being able to understand how calls are handled - key topics discussed, time spent speaking, longest monologue, detailed minutes - will deliver fantastic improvement/coaching opportunities for any customer-facing team.
The morning keynote filled up very quickly but one of the team secured a seat to hear from Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE and other Salesforce leaders on the topic of, you guessed it, the #AI revolution. Zahra emphasised the importance of trusted AI and highlighted the challenges facing enterprises in adopting it: siloed data & systems, security & privacy, toxicity, hallucinations, disconnected from CRM, lack of trust. She went on to say that Salesforce was built for this moment, pioneering AI for CRM since 2014.
The subsequent demos and presentations, including one from Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, were impressive, but perhaps the most exciting announcement was that Salesforce has chosen #London for its first #AI#centre! 🥳
As always, the World Tour is a great opportunity to catch up with customers, prospects and partners. The campground floor was packed all day and we caught up with friends and fellow ecosystem enthusiasts.
The evening brought many parties, we went to the Credera drinks and then connected with many ISVs at the UNARIC gathering, and unleashed our inner Tony Manero at the Salesforce Ben party. Great networking opportunities and some fantastic conversations about #Vinton and #TalentV, with lots to follow up on.
Now a few months to recover and we’ll be doing it all again, but bigger, at #Dreamforce2024!

Phew, #Q1 done! It was a big quarter for #Vinton and not just the new name.
We signed the biggest Vinton deal so far and it’s an interesting variation on the “obvious” use case. Our new client is using Vinton in #CustomerSupport video calls. First-line support often helps customers via screen-share. Recording these calls, transcribing, generating smart notes and adding all this data directly into the #Case provides our client with detailed insights in #Salesforce about each issue which in turn:
- Helps the support team save on average around 5 to 10 minutes after each call thanks to automated note-taking [#efficiency]
- Helps support team managers identify and understand how to solve common issues raised [#productivity]
- Gives second-line support factual, detailed video captures that outline the issue, making it clear why there’s a need for escalation [#visibility]
- Facilitates coaching and training opportunities by delivering a clear perspective of how the call, questions and objections were handled [#growth]
- Enriches the Salesforce Org with high-quality data to fuel AI-driven insights [#data]
But it doesn’t stop there. It was a great quarter indeed as we also released new functionalities:
- Transcription AI training to enable Clients to add industry-specific or product-specific terms or acronyms that Vinton recognises in transcripts every time.
- Improved foreign language transcripts with the choice of Deepgram or AWS for your transcription needs.
- Email notifications for calls and voice notes that summarise what’s been captured and send to you in an email with links back to related records in Salesforce.

Salesforce#ISV#Partners like #Nativevideo now have the opportunity to start working on embedding #Einstein#Copilot into their existing solutions, enhancing them for customers. This was the big announcement at the Partner Summit in London last week, and we couldn't be more excited!
Einstein Copilot is a conversational #AI assistant specifically for #Salesforce. Users ask it specific questions and its responses are grounded within a company's owned private data in their CRM. Its use cases might be improving the customer experience or streamlining existing sales or recruitment processes, or identifying new marketing segments, and much more.
Our solutions #Vinton and #TalentV.ai greatly complement the Einstein Copilot approach by enabling Salesforce customers to improve the quality, quantity and frequency of #data captured in their Org, laying the #foundations for AI, with tons of rich data automatically added into the Org.
