Seeing everyone at the factory rewarded by their hard work in the last few races has been the happiest moment in all of this." From Developing W15 and those 'eureka' moments, to observing the hard-work of those at Brackley and Brixworth, and some magical moments with Lewis. ⭐ Team Member Tuesday ⭐ Highlighting those members in our Team who play an important part in helping drive us forward. Jordan joined our family in 2017, and is based in Site Support Services. His main day-to-day role ensures that all functional fluids used by the team and our customers are delivered to the track on time, in the best possible condition, and without compromising intellectual property. This sees Jordan collaborate with a range internal and external stakeholders, managing a variety of relationships inside and outside of the team. Good communication and proactive pre-planning are a must. “Every day is different,” he says. “Fuel and oil regulations vary from country to country, and there are various processes and procedure that must be followed before shipments can even leave the site.” Jordan notes that the competitive drive within the team is what sets us apart. “Our determination to push forward and bring performance is second to none,” he adds. #EmployeeAppreciation #Teamwork #Careers #MercedesAMGF1 #Formula1

Fantástico! That was my reaction as the cars crossed the finishing line at last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix. Both Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team cars were fast all weekend with Lewis Hamilton and George Russell qualifying in third and fourth place respectively. Following a lightning start, it was George who led the field into the first corner, after which both drivers battled hard and chased down the leaders. At the end, Lewis finished in third claiming his first Grand Prix podium of the year for Mercedes, while George finished fourth and added precious points to the championship. This result is so encouraging. The team have worked incredibly hard to extract more performance from the car and it’s clear they are now building strong momentum. Good luck to everyone at the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team for the next race in Austria this Sunday. #MercedesAMG #F1 #Technology
