Last month we celebrated 12 years at LHi Group for COO, Benjamin Richardson 🦅 We caught up with CEO, Jim Denning who said "12 years of exceptional service. Ben has been one of our best and brightest, and his journey with us truly embodies the spirit of being an LHi'er. Here's a glimpse into the adventures and achievements Ben has experienced over the past 12 years: 🚀 In his first year in recruitment, Ben won a national recruitment award for best newcomer in the industry. 🚀 He volunteered to join the famous LHi elite team to set up operations in NYC. 🚀 After his success in Tech, Ben launched SciPro in the States, taking on another significant challenge. 🚀 He then moved to LA to help establish our presence there, playing a crucial role in the business's first 18 months. 🚀 Ben returned to Europe as the European MD, where he was instrumental in reshaping our European strategy and driving significant growth in the German market. 🚀 Now back in LA in a C-Suite role, Ben is focused on preparing our business for the future and ensuring our people are constantly supported in pursuing their 'Future You.' Over the weekend, our SciPro Head of Digital Health, Nick Mahoney, took on the challenge of running from London to Brighton—a whopping 100km! 🏃♂️💨 Nick completed this mind-boggling distance in under 12 hours!
