Landmark Information Group hosted a roundtable bringing together leaders from across the property industry to help shape the future of home buying and selling. The roundtable was chaired by Natalie Elphicke OBE MP. Industry leaders including representatives from HSBC, Rightmove, Enact Conveyancing, Simplify, London & Country Mortgages, Mortgage Advice Bureau, Movera, Propertymark, Yopa Property, TwentyCi, Property Academy and SortRefer, addressed the vital need for change and how it might be best tackled. There was significant consensus for greater collaboration to streamline the home buying and selling process across the industry. It was agreed that the transactions pipeline could be improved to provide a quicker, more certain process for consumers by drawing on new ways of working alongside technology to provide the right information earlier in the transaction as well evolving new means of faster data sharing.
