We're thrilled to announce a significant investment in our metal fabrication capabilities with the acquisition of a brand new laser cutting machine from DNE, part of the Bystronic Group! This state-of-the-art technology will allow us to: ➡ Boost Efficiency and Throughput: Faster cutting speeds and improved automation will significantly enhance our production capacity. ➡ Expand Material Capabilities: The new machine will enable us to work with a wider range of materials and thicknesses, opening up new possibilities for our projects. ➡ Deliver Unmatched Precision in our sheet metal processing capabilities: Bystronic's cutting-edge technology ensures exceptional accuracy and repeatability for all our sheet metal components. I am delighted to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Precision Engineering Pieces Ltd, a highly regarded precision sheet metal fabrication and finishing company. The acquisition encompasses PEP's entire business and assets, including its state-of-the-art equipment, experienced personnel, and established customer base. This strategic move strengthens Geometric Manufacturing Ltd's position within the industry by adding complementary capabilities, improving supply chain integration and enhancing our product offerings. We can now supply machined enclosures and components as well as sheet metal fabrications, and with in-house processes including Iridite NCP, Surtec, phosphating, powder coating, wet painting to Def and MIL specifications, with screen printing and laser engraving, all produced and manufactured under our own control in our 3 sites totalling 56,000 sq ft in the Tewkesbury area. We also have rubber and elastomer moulded parts, and Form-In-Place gasket laying capabilities. #ukmanufacturing #cncmachining #sheetmetalfabrication #finishing
