Despite this challenge, women are eager to retrain. Our community of women has ranked upskilling programs as the most effective way to support women in tech teams and enhance retention. Our latest research report with the Tech Talent Charter explores the urgent need for inclusive skills development. As social biases and the growing skills gap threaten to leave many behind, it's crucial that we focus on upskilling, reskilling, and empowering all workers to thrive in an AI-driven world.
