"The construction industry faces a significant challenge with mental health. The male-dominated culture can make it difficult for candidates to seek help, and the prevalence of short-term contracts, time away from home, and a lack of employer support all contribute to higher suicide rates. However, there are ways to address this. During interviews, you can ask about the company's mental health resources and programs and how they promote work-life balance. Questions like: 🤝 'I value a supportive work environment.
