tell us we can control this from the Admin Center (only make it
available on certain sites). This will be a showstopper for us - if we
can't control site by site then we will need to (unfortunately) disable

365 would have to be the most hostile environment to develop against,
worse that googles cloud services and that is saying allot. 365
services, not even the product teams, need a wakeup call. At least the
product teams deprecate over a decade.
