@useruk1, I had a look at the Azure Pricing Calculator for the D4s v3 size and the PAYG price for that size (no OS license included) in UK West/South is £0.182/hour (~£133/month or ~£1594/year). @hspinto thanks for your reply, I saw another post on the tech community and wanted to run it past somebody more experienced. It is for x1 D4S v3 VM at £2380.44 per year for the reservation .. The PAYG cost is £2,868 for 1 year (2868/12 months = £239 p/month) I re-ran the break even point in months ...

@useruk1, how many D4s v3 VMs have you reserved? Can you confirm the £2380.44 GBP amount is for one month or for the full year?

@helderpinto I have a one year reservation that is £2380.44 (GBP) per month and the PAYG price is $0.416/hour (£0.33 GBP/hour) (D4s v3 VM) Break even point in months would be = £2380.44/240 = 9.916 months? However my actual PAYG price with our company EA is 6% less than the PAYG. So it would be Brea...
