Our org has been admitted to the preview, and the copilot button has been added to Azure, but any time we try and ask a question, it just says "working on it" and then never any response. We do not see anything currently blocked in the firewall... Any advice?

Please help, we have the feature enabled and running we have allowed WebSocket on the Paulo Alto firewall to https://directline.botframework.com but when we prompt the copilot it is stuck on working on it is there any config we are missing?
