Add stores to Business Manager

Manage your stores

When you add your store to Business Manager, your store’s Business Profile is connected to your Business Manager and Merchant Center. You can remove a store at any time.

Add a store (connect your accounts)

  1. In Business Manager, on the left, click Stores.
  2. Click Add Store.
  3. Under “Add store,” next to the store you want to add, check the box.
Tip: If you don’t have a Business Profile, click Create Google Business Profile.
  1. Click Add Link.

Remove a store

  1. In Business Manager, on the left, click Stores.
  2. Next to the store you want to remove, check the box.
  3. At the top, click Remove Remove.

Edit store information

After you've linked Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts, you can edit information about your local stores from Merchant Center.

 

Edit business information

  1. In Business Manager, on the left, click Stores.
  2. Next to the store you want to edit, click Edit business information .
  3. Edit any of the information about your business, like your phone number or hours.
  4. Click Save.

Add photos

  1. In Business Manager, on the left, click Stores.
  2. Next to the store you want to edit, click Add photo .
  3. To add your photos or videos, you can:
    • Drag them to the center box.
    • Click Select photos or videos.
  4. Click Select.
Tip: After you’ve uploaded your photos, you can select See photos or Add more photos.

Add an update

  1. In Business Manager, on the left, click Stores.
  2. Next to the store you want to add an update to, click Add update .
  3. Enter the description.
Tip: You can also add relevant photos.
  1. When prompted, click Publish.

Data sharing

When you connect your Business Profile to Business Manager, some of the app's data is shared with Business Manager and other apps connected to Business Manager.

Data shared from Business Manager

  • The name and ID of your Business Manager profile.
  • Product titles, descriptions, and images that show on Google Search and Maps.
