Delete your Looker Studio service

To quit using Looker Studio, permanently delete, or transfer to another owner, all your reports and data sources.

How to permanently delete a report or data source

1. Sign in to Looker Studio.
2. At the top of the Looker Studio window, select Reports, Data Sources, or Explorer.

3. For each asset, follow these steps:

   1. Hover over the asset.

   2. Click the asset's three-dot menu .

   3. Click Remove.

4. After removing all the assets, on the left, click Trash.

5. For each asset in the trash, follow these steps:

   1. Hover over the asset.

   2. Click the asset's three-dot menu .

   3. Click Delete forever.
