Track your weight

If you log your weight on Google Fit or a connected app, you might find a section that shows your weight.

Add a new weight measurement

  1. On your phone, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.
  2. At the bottom right, tap Add Addand thenAdd weight Weight.
  3. Enter your weight.
  4. At the top right, tap Save.

See your weight over time

  1. On your phone, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.
  2. At the bottom left, tap Home.
  3. Scroll down and tap Weight.
  4. At the top, adjust the time frame for the graph.

On the graph, you will find:

  • Dots, which show specific weight measurements that you entered.
  • A trend line, which is an average of recent weight data meant to give you a better idea of how your weight has changed over time.

Edit or delete your weight history

Edit one measurement

  1. On your phone, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.
  2. At the bottom left, tap Home.
  3. Scroll down and tap Weight and then the measurement you want to remove.
  4. Change the measurement details.

Delete all past measurements

  1. On your phone, open the Google Fit app Google Fit.

  2. Tap Profile and then Settings and then Delete your data and then Weight.

  3. Confirm that you want to delete the data.
