Manage your business attributes

To help your business stand out online and let your customers know details about your business, you can add business attributes to your Business Profile. For example, you can share whether your business offers outdoor seats or Wi-Fi.

Attributes show up on your Business Profile on Search, Maps, and other Google platforms. If you add certain attributes, your business might show up in searches for places with those attributes.

  1. Go to your Business Profile.
  2. Select Edit profile and then More.
  3. Next to the attribute category you want to change, select Edit Edit.
    • Examples: “Amenities” or “Payments”
  4. Next to the attribute you want to change, select Yes or No.
    • Examples: "Wi-Fi” or “Cash-only”
  5. After you update the attributes, select Save.

Tips:

  • A review of your edits usually takes about 10 minutes, but sometimes it can take up to 30 days.
  • Some attributes can only be changed in certain locations, countries, or business categories. To better match the ways the people search for businesses, attributes name may change over time.
