To ensure a safe and positive experience for users, Google requires that advertisers comply with the Google Ads policies at all times. We take repeat violations of our policies seriously and take action against advertisers for non-compliance.
Your account has been put on a temporary hold as a result of a strike being issued to your account. If you think the strike was issued in error, please file an appeal instead. 
To resume serving ads as soon as possible, please complete the following:

We want to support a healthy digital advertising ecosystem. One that is trustworthy, transparent and works for users and advertisers. Our policies are built not only to abide by laws but to ensure a safe and positive experience for our users. This means that our policies don't allow ads that we believe are harmful. We therefore take repeat violations seriously and take action for non-compliance.

Your account has been put on a temporary hold as a result of a strike being issued to your account.

  • Accounts in a temporary hold state cannot run any ads.
  • Advertisers can, however, still access their accounts and all associated reports.

To appeal the strike decision, please fill out the form below and provide correct information. Expect a response within 5 business days, though sometimes it can take a bit longer and please do not create new accounts during your appeal. You may provide additional information to aid in the investigation once you receive a response on your appeal. The account will be released from the temporary hold state if the strike appeal is successful.

Please do not share any sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g. individual SSN, drivers license) or business identifiers (e.g. tax ID) in the appeal form.

If you are an agency or someone who manages multiple Google Ads accounts, please do not enter the Customer ID for your Google Ads Manager Account. Please enter the Customer ID for the individual account. Learn how to find your Google Ads customer ID.
