SJP was established in year 1984 in Singapore specializing in mechanical seal, packing, gaskets ,pneumatic and hydraulic seals for the marine industry. By the beginning of the year 2000, we have already expanded our services to the oil and gas, hydrocarbon and chemical plants, Power Generation ,Waste and Potable water, Marine and General Industry in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Australia. Besides Sealing Devices, our other range of product includes Protective Coatings, Industrial and Marine maintenance chemicals , a mechanical seal refurbishment center, a complete gasket manufacturing facility , inhouse Blasting and Painting facility and a team of qualified service engineers for pumps, valves and other mechanical equipment repair and upgrade. Our working partners: AW Chesterton, TEADIT, IDT, Victor Reinz, GPT (Pikotek) and SGL Carbon. Teadit 24B is made from 100% pure, expanded, virgin PTFE and it can be used in a wide variety of static applications in nearly all kinds of industry due to the excellent thermal and chemical resistance of the material. TEADIT® 24SH is a large gasket sheet produced from 100% pure, multi-directionally expanded PTFE. Gaskets of multi-directionally expanded PTFE have exceptional mechanical strength which allows operation with minimal creep at elevated temperatures. The excellent malleability of TEADIT® 24SH makes repairing small damage and/or irregularities of the sealing area (flange surface) unnecessary. Gaskets cut from TEADIT® 24SH are dimensionally stable, i. e. they do not get wider when compressed. This allows narrow flange faces to be sealed safely. TEADIT® 24SH is quick and simple to install.
