Next frontier in #sustainable energy? Zero-carbon hydrogen can replace fossil fuels to propel decarbonization and energy security. One promising method for producing high-purity hydrogen is proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE). #SABIC is supplying ULTEM™ resin to FE Tooling, which makes structural components for PEMWE systems, such as injection-molded bipolar frames and insulation boards. For these applications, ULTEM resin can provide excellent creep performance, compressive strength and hydrolysis resistance, and low ion leaching. We’re pleased to play a role in advancing zero-carbon hydrogen technology. It’s one facet of our sustainability strategy. 🌎 👉🏼 Click the link in the comments to read about SABIC’s collaboration with FE Tooling in our press release. #plastics #ChemistryThatMatters #plasticsengineering #plasticsindustry #chemicalindustry #SABICSpecialties
