I just completed the first 7 meditations. I missed one day purely due to a schedule problem. Today my new streak was broken because I started before midnight & the session ended after midnight. The streak counter goes based on when the session ends. My mind is seeing an improvement though. I installed the app to try to work on my anxiety issues & it is definitely helping with that. I highly recommend giving it a try. The sessions aren't all that long, so find a way to finish it before midnight.

I am new to meditation and this app is helping me learn how to relax and become more mindful. I've tried another popular app (the one that has TV commercials) and didn't like it at all. The speaker's voice on this app is very calming, though sometimes I wish there wasn't a much dialog. But the amount and quality of meditations available in the premium subscription are great. I'm not quite where I want to be, but I'm going to keep working at it!

The daily meditations are all generally one of 3 or 4 types: body scan, silent mind, gratitude, breathing. Not nearly the variety of Calm with daily positive messages. But there are a great variety of other meditations. I can always mix it up with the other types of meditations focusing on specific aspects of practice (even unguided, timed ones). The variety of topics makes this app really good. And so much less expensive than apps like Calm and 10% Happier. Give it a try! It's worth it!
