From 2024: I lost the ability to zoom on stories with the latest update. People I follow put so much tiny text on the screen that I can't read it without zooming. From 2022: Super glitchy all of a sudden. I can't watch stories without them pausing. It won't resume, so I have to go back and then to the story again. When posting anything, if I switch to another app and come back to finish my post, it is gone and locks up. So frustrating! Using Android.

If you're account gets hacked, good luck getting it back. The security link sent with any e-mail notifying you doesn't work and that's about the only way you can stop any changes before having to go through authentication (which I hadn't known to set up so my fault there). I've updated, un-installed then re-installed and cleared cache on this app but some of my stories I have never been able to recover. I've sent in some help requests but heard nothing back and more stories have gone missing.

The new Meta AI is annoying! What was wrong with the old search bar? Can people not simply use their brain and look up stuff without having some machine try to take care of it, causing more time wasted and frustration. If Instagram really wants it, it should be something the user has to ask for, not just automatically download for them without their input! That should be a completely different app, like intragram AI or something rather. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!
