I do not recommend their service. Even though they're probably receiving an extremely high volume of orders right now, there seem to be a lot of issues. First, their bill was incorrect. They overcharged me. I tried contacting their helpdesk to get this resolved, but got no response. A more streamlined procedure for flagging mistakes would be a major improvement. I'm sure this happens often, so they should have a better way of handling this. Second, the shopping process was chaotic. It would helpful to allow for more flexibility of replacement items instead of having to specify a single replacement option for every item separately. Edit: after about a month and following up with them a few times, I finally got the issue with my bill resolved.
