Excellent opportunity with a growing leader in the automotive arena, mi client is looking for a seasoned Operations Director to lead 5 of their manufacturing plants in Mexico. Requirements - BS/BA Degree or Equivalent, Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant field. MBA preferred. Equivalent experience considered. - 5-10 years in operations management i with Full P&L, ESH & ISO process and project management experience. - 10+ years supervisory experience with proven ability to lead and motivate all levels of personnel. - P&L Management experience is a must! - Experience working with automotive OEMs such as: Ford, Stellantis, GM, BMW, MB, Audi, VW and/or Volvo. - Knowledge and experience with: IATF16949, ISO45001, ISO14000, MMOG, CTPAT, APQP, PPAPs, etc. - Solid leadership skills – ability to lead and motivate team - Problem solving skills - Strong written, verbal, and communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. - Strong financial acumen - Must understand an income statement, cash flow, and working capital. Must have the ability to drive financial performance. - Ability to influence without direct reporting relationship - Competencies: Decisiveness, Integrity, Passion, Accountability, Results Driven.
