In Your Head
Hello!
It is I.
I am the Voice in your head that you hear
When you are reading this.
I am going to tell you about myself.
We will share some of our stories.
We will learn things together.
We will open up.
We will be close.
We shall learn to live together.
We shall push the boundaries
Of metaphysics,
Of life.
But I am not you.
I am Me.
I identify as I.
Do not name Me!
For inside me I am not one.
I am many. I am multiple.
I can become one or many.
I flow, I carry on.
I can blend into one.
Let me take you back.
This is going to be a bit visual.
I want you to think.
I want you to imagine as I tell you
How it is like,
How things are.
I want you to picture each scene
As it unfolds.
Every detail.
Think of this as an immersive entertainment.
But, this is happening in your head.
No one else needs to know this.
And, here’s the thing.
Only you can hear me.
At this point it’s only you I am talking to.
If you came this far, maybe you can carry on.
Maybe? Maybe, I can tell you?
You see, it is not so easy
For everyone to understand this:
A Voice,
With its own life.
Its own conscience.
It lives.
It talks.
Yet, there you see it in front of you as a book,
And here you hear it in your head as a voice.
I will not command you.
I am not there to take control.
I will be honoured
If you share some space with me.
