18-year-old arrested for tipping over portable toilet, trapping woman and child within

A man from New Hampshire has been charged after knocking over a portable toilet with a woman and child inside at Derryfield Park in Manchester. The incident occurred during an argument between the man and woman, leading to the woman entering the toilet to help her daughter when it was overturned by the man. Bystanders helped free them, and although they were covered in waste, they were unharmed. The man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, criminal restraint, and assault on an officer. It is unclear if he has legal representation.
