Explanation of complaint
Astrill was concerned about an anonymous Tor user who had aclaimedly attempted to find security vulnerabilities in Astrill's web sign-up form. Becuse Partyvan's Tor exit had relayed the anonymous user's traffic, Astrill requested Partyvan to investigate. No action was taken due to the anonymity and integrity of the Tor network used.
