Habbo Hotel is one the world’s largest social games and communities for teens. Users join by creating a fully customized online character called a Habbo. From there, they can explore wide variety of spaces and millions of rooms created by other users in the community, play a variety of games, connect with friends, decorate their own rooms, and have fun through creativity and self expression. Sulake Corporation Ltd and its affiliates (hereinafter together “Sulake” or “we”) together with their licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the website habbo.com and its local versions for example habbo.fi (hereinafter referred to as the “Habbo Sites”) and in and to all of its contents which content includes without limitation images, animations, computer programs as well as “Sulake” and “Habbo” trademarks and various other names, marks and logos used at the Habbo Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Sulake Content”). Sulake Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other applicable laws as well as international treaties relating to the same. Sulake’s registrations include, but are not limited to, registration of the word HABBO as a trademark of Sulake Corporation Oy in the European Union, the USA, Japan, the People's Republic of China and various other jurisdictions. The infringing websites itself contain pictures and other material which infringe our copyrights. They also use our trademarks (such as the word Habbo) without our permission. Also the only purpose of these sites is to encourage copyright and trademark infringements by listing Habbo retro sites. Habbo retro sites are illegal copies of Sulake content.
