Set solid work-life boundaries

Setting clear boundaries between our work and personal lives can be difficult, but as many LinkedIn members are pointing out, it is critical to our wellbeing and no-one else is going to do it for us. For those who are self-employed or run their own business, remote workers or employees operating in an "always on" culture it can be particularly hard. However, boundaries don't have to be bold statements. They can be small, intentional practices such as asking "When do you need this by", when presented with a task. When you're taking a holiday, writing to-do lists to complete on your return, packing away your work equipment or clothes and deleting apps can also help.
