Join our dynamic R&D team at YTC! In this role, as a NPI engineer you will be responsible for Project Management and technically lead new products and technology development.
Description
Act as communication channel between internal stake holders and suppliers.
Management of project timeline, engineering builds, resources and logistic needs.
Lead project requirement and design reviews with multi-functional group.
Lead multi-functional engineering group on problem analysis and resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of optics manufacturing process and equipment.
- Good project management skills and experience on leading multi-functional group.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skill in English and Japanese.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leading product development and qualification for optics and/or camera modules.
- Camera related knowledge/experience.
- Operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience
B.S./M.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering or equivalent field
