Reseller Operations are the voice of the Reseller Channel within Operations. Shared Services are responsible for monitoring the seamless execution of our Customer order-book from order induction through to delivery. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Individual with strong technical and problem solving abilities and excellent communications to join the Shared Services team. A key responsibility of Shared Services is delivery issue prevention and delivery issue resolution, to land product with our Customers in a timely and efficient manner, while maximising delivery consolidation opportunities. As our customers first point of contact for delivery issue prevention, and delivery issue resolution you’ll be the friendly voice of Apple, providing world-class customer service.

Description

Own the interface to our Resellers, Apple logistics and delivery carriers on delivery issue prevention and delivery issue resolution Distressed order resolution for orders with pricing and part number discrepancies Governance and execution of order changes Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Shared Services team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Innovative and strategic approach to reporting.
  • Extraordinary data analytical skills, including the ability to model, interpret and present data in a way to zero in on what is most impactful.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal - able to present complex analytics to an executive audience.
  • Consistent record of working cross-functionally with a variety of partners including sales, finance, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • A propensity to unlock the potential of every relationship, through getting to know people, soliciting input and feedback from a wide variety of people.
  • Appetite to push yourself, and others, in our quest for quality.
  • Excellent time leadership skills with the ability to work to tight service levels .
  • A fast learner who can quickly apply and adapt knowledge in varying complex situations.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • A relevant 3rd level degree e.g. Engineering, Maths, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics or Data Science & Analytics would be an advantage
  • Presentation skills and program / project management experience, a distinct advantage
  • Relevant operations experience, preferably in a high tech or computer related industry.
