The Apple TV Services teams lead one of the most exciting realms at Apple: They bring viewers the critically acclaimed and award-winning Apple Originals in Apple TV+. And they’ve engineered it so Apple TV+ can be enjoyed not only on Apple devices, but also directly on many new televisions and third-party streaming devices.
To deliver Apple-level quality on a global scale, screeners work with engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience. Description
The successful candidate for this role is a hyper-organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in a fast-paced / collaborative environment. The candidate will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, help determine priority of problems and facilitate discussions to set release expectations, all while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues. The candidate will also develop and maintain scripts to automate the core functions of the screening and triaging process.
- Drive large cross-functional meetings to bring clarity on next steps for outstanding issues

- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in team collaboration

- Passion for learning new technologies
- Experience in automation, workflow and tooling changes
- Be a driver for resolution across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Extensive project management experience, proficient at improving and executing processes
- Familiarity with the Apple TV app and TV Music app

BS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE/INFORMATION SCIENCE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
