Congratulations to #TeamSKA's Dr Maria Grazia Labate, SKA-Low Telescope Engineer, on being awarded a Visiting Fellowship for Senior Women+ in Astronomy with our partner ICRAR (International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research) in Australia! She will be delivering a science seminar and diversity workshop, as well as spending time with students and researchers at The University of Western Australia and Curtin University to discuss science and engineering, work-life balance, and gender equality in #STEM. “We can’t keep things for ourselves: our mission is to interact and share our experience with others," Maria Grazia says. "STEM is a wonderful and challenging environment, where collaboration and diversity are essential to develop new ideas and lead to amazing discoveries.
