The My Sustainable Living Challenge (MSLC), believes in the power of education and action to drive real change towards sustainability. The online gamified learning platform is designed to not only educate but also inspire behavior change through actionable commitments.

Special Edition for University Students and Youth Organizations

In 2024, they are thrilled to announce a special edition of MSLC exclusively for university students and youth organizations. Their goal is to cultivate a culture of sustainable living education within higher education institutions, empowering the next generation of leaders to make a positive impact on the planet.

Introduction: Driving Sustainable Change

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development underscores the importance of collective action towards a sustainable future. While adopting new initiatives is crucial, true change comes from altering behaviors. MSLC focuses on this by guiding learners through immersive challenges that explore sustainability, system change, and the impact of lifestyle choices.

Course Contents: A Journey Towards Sustainability

During the six-week program, participants engage in weekly challenges covering topics such as food, housing, mobility, consumption, and leisure. Each challenge is curated in collaboration with experts from the UN Environment Programme, ensuring participants receive credible and up-to-date information. Through engaging activities, teams put their learning into practice, fostering a sense of accountability and commitment.

Target Audience: Who Can Participate?

This year, MSLC welcomes undergraduate and graduate students from higher education institutions worldwide, as well as youth organizations. The program is available in English, French, Spanish, and Russian, catering to diverse audiences globally.

How to Register:

1. Form Your Team: Gather 7 to 10 members from your institution or organization.
2. Identify a Team Captain: Choose a team captain to lead communications and registration.
3. Complete the Registration Form: Submit your team’s details by July 5, 2024. Click here to register.

Cost of Participation
