The objective of the research conducted online was to analyse the usage of social media and networking for Talent Acquisition and to get the opinion of the recruiters in Pune for the same. The survey and research reports examined the social media activity of Pune recruiters across the big three social networks - LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
