Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Operations Management team to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth functioning of all operation, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
• Work closely with marketing to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect the company’s assets, staff, and customers.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and make informed decisions to resolve issues effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results in a 5-star industry.

- Relevant qualification in business administration or related field is desirable.

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the entertainment and or/hospitality industry is a plus.
