Total Rewards Superhero:

What You Need to Know About Your Employee Value Proposition

Join us April 4th from 9am-10am

In today's rapidly evolving world, Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) have undergone significant transformation to adapt to changing workforce dynamics and expectations. Organizations are increasingly focusing on offering more than just financial incentives, emphasizing holistic benefits such as work-life balance, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Overall, EVPs today strive to create a compelling and inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being, growth, and fulfillment.

In this interactive session you will learn how to identify, define, qualify and quantify the key aspects of your EVP. You will also learn how this approach may save your organization money while improving the attraction, motivation, engagement, and retention of your team.

You will be provided with methods to look at EVP from other sides of the value prism, including that of HR, Marketing/Sales, and Finance to better communicate the totality of why employees should want to work at your organization. You will leave with practical and actionable ways to enact changes in impact without making big changes in what you may already offer.
