iOS push notifications

Push notifications are a great way to keep up with the activity on your blog(s). Find out when someone likes or reblogs one of your posts, as well as when someone starts following you, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

To choose what you receive notifications about:

To receive push notifications for new posts on a specific blog:

Note: If you’re wondering why you don’t receive push notifications for group blogs that you’re a member of, note that you can only receive notifications for blogs on which you’re an admin.

To receive push notifications for notes on a specific post from someone else’s blog:

If you’ve posted something popular and are receiving too many notifications about one particular post, you can mute just those notifications. There are a few ways to do this:

Note that you’ll still always see every post activity line item on your dashboard and in the activity section, even if you turn off or mute push notifications.
