Aujourd'hui, le Demo Day de notre programme Environmental Startup Accelerator s'est tenu à STATION F, marquant l'aboutissement de 6 mois d'accompagnement technologique et business pour aider les startups dans le développement de solutions technologiques pour la transition écologique. Nous avons eu le plaisir de voir les 10 startups lauréates de cette édition présenter leurs avancées : Cybeletech, netcarbon, Hyperplan, Alvie, CircularPlace, Kræken, Holis, Fruggr by Digital4Better, Kipsum et Tilt. Nous sommes fiers du chemin parcouru par ces startups. Elles illustrent parfaitement comment la technologie peut être un moteur de changement positif pour l'environnement de demain. With Christian and Tristan François, it’s with great joy and excitement that we announce Veeton's €2M fundraising to transform the fashion industry. Our adventure started over two years ago when Tristan, Christian and I embarked on solving the Virtual Try-On challenge: predicting how a garment would look on a body from a simple flat image. Beyond the complexity and excitement of this technology, we are starting a true revolution. Imagery is at the heart of the fashion industry. In our visually driven, connected world, producing these images is time-consuming and costly. Veeton’s mission is to empower fashion brands to generate their visual content at scale with just a few clicks, thanks to generative AI. With Veeton, brands can cut their cost per image by up to ten times and free up valuable time. Inclusivity is no longer a cost; it’s a true opportunity. Our technology dresses every body type, in any pose, with high-quality results. Everything happened so fast. In just one year, we’ve partnered with numerous brands, both big and small, from France and around the world. We've worked on two versions of our technology, earned the "deeptech" label, and were incubated by Microsoft in their GenAI program at STATION F. This fundraising marks the beginning. We’re going to continue enhancing our models' performance, build our product, and welcome the best talents.  We are preparing the next big version so keep an eye on our updates in the coming months. The month of May was an *excellent* month in terms of fundraising with around €90m raised by our companies. This is about 2x the figure from 2023 and close to the €100m raised in May 2022. We also had more M&A activity, including Sonio that was acquired by Samsung Medison for €92m. In the femtech space and with an incredible female founder & CEO, Cecile Brosset Dubois 👏 This is follows Apple's acquisition of Datakalab in April. Round of funding included: - enspired (€25m raised with Zouk Capital LLP, 360 Capital, Presidio Ventures and more) - Infinite Orbits (€12m raised with Newfund, IRDI Capital Investissement and funding from the EIC) - Nulink (€11m raised with DWF Labs, Poolz, ViaBTC Capital and more) - inHEART (€11m raised with Vesalius Biocapital IV, Elaia Capital SA, SAGANA and more) - trawa (€10m raised with Balderton Capital and more) - Mon Petit Placement (€4.6m raised via crowdfunding) And *many* smaller rounds as well (we saw a clear increase in rounds of under €2m). A huge contrats to everyone for this incredible milestone.
