    MANE is proud to share that Vanilla Riviera by Maison Rebatchi, created by Julie Massé Perfumer at MANE, was named Best Niche Perfume in the Young Independent Brand under 5 years category at the Fragrance Foundation France Awards 2024 in Paris! Inspired by Julie's memories of a trip to Madagascar, this exquisite fragrance captures the sweet, luxurious floral scent of green vanilla. The chiaroscuro structure of the fragrance beautifully balances the dark, rich vanilla pod with refreshing green, plant-based notes, and the bright voluptuousness of white flowers, creating an opulent and captivating melody.     Like every year, IED Barcelona #FashionersOfTheWorld presented their catwalk. It was everything we hoped it would be, and more: the celebration of the end of a journey, an exaltation of its authenticity, and a declaration of intent. This year’s #FashionersOfTheWorld edition hosted the MANE x IED Barcelona collaboration project, Scent of Design. This remarkable fragrance collection was created by MANE perfumers Cristiano Canali, Jérôme Di Marino, and Véronique Nyberg in collaboration with talented students from IED Barcelona.     This morning, the first stretch of the EcoSystem Session offered a rich display of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The EcoSystem Session is a pitch competition hosted by the alternative protein networking community, Bridge2Food, and sponsored by MANE. This is a competition between industry startups, providing them an avenue to showcase their most revolutionary innovations in the plant-based sector. Through this event, MANE aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and foster innovation in the food transition ecosystem across Europe, Asia & North America. A curated selection of six startups have pitched their ideas to an audience of industry experts and investors who make up the EcoSystem and act as judges through a real-time voting poll. Congratulations to tHEMEat Company, the top-voted startup whose visionary approach to modulating the taste and texture of alternative proteins has struck a chord with the experts. Their Veme technology, which is declared as a natural vegetable extract, promises better affordability for plant-based products. We thank Bridge2Food for organising this remarkable event.     MANE is proud to share that Lychee Rose by NEST Fragrances, co-created by Mathilde Bijaoui and Patricia Choux, Perfumers at MANE, was named “Fragrance of the Year - Women’s Popular” at the 2024 The Fragrance Foundation USA awards. The fragrance highlights MANE’S Rose Lychee NAT NEO JUNGLE ESSENCE™, offering a vibrant combination of rose absolute and fresh lychee accentuated with the sparkling essence of pink champagne and a hint of raspberry. NEST New York founder Laura Slatkin was inspired to create Lychee Rose Eau de Parfum while attending a dear friend’s wedding just outside of Tuscany. The ceremony overlooked Lake Garda, and the couple was surrounded by thousands of pink garden roses—it was breathtakingly beautiful and exquisitely fragrant. Afterwards, the bride and groom invited the guests to enjoy a refreshing cocktail of pink champagne mixed with a lychee liquor, along with rose flavoured Ispahan macarons filled with lychee cream and fresh raspberries. Laura wanted to capture the incredible aromas and joyful mood of the celebration with a fruity floral fragrance reminiscent of this magnificent evening. #TFFAwards #finefragrance #perfumer

    Did you know that geranium can add a rosy note in a fragrance accord? The aromatic rosy scent of geranium leaves is of particular interest in fragrance creation to bring freshness and floral facets to a composition. Like wine, geraniums are influenced by their terroir – the environment, topography, soil and climate in which they grow – which determines the plant’s specific features. Different geranium terroirs are used in perfumery, which results in essential oils with distinct characteristics: aromatic, hay-like, or fruity. MANE decided to focus on the original geranium cultivar in Madagascar. The resulting Geranium Bourbon essential oil offers a rosy and fruity scent, with a beautiful balance between fresh mint notes and lychee facets.     Today we celebrate World Environment Day, a great occasion to raise awareness and push for climate and environmental literacy. To celebrate this day, we are pleased to announce the publication of our 2023 CSR report.   Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report is an important tool for ensuring accountability and measuring our progress towards our sustainability goals. Despite the many challenges we had to overcome in 2023, we not only met and exceeded our goals but are also on track to achieve our far-reaching 2030 objectives. Our newly published 2023 CSR Report explains these facts in much greater detail.   Our sustainability goals concern four main areas: ethics, environment, social initiatives, and value chain. Although we made great strides in all these areas, three achievements are particularly noteworthy. - We joined the #RE100 initiative, committing to 100% renewable sources of electricity by 2030;  - We joined the Climate Fund for Nature, an initiative by Mirova, a sustainable investment firm, to support high-quality projects dedicated to nature protection and restoration;  - We also committed to align with 1.5°C and Net-Zero pathways through the Business Ambition for 1.5°C campaign. In doing so, the Group joins other business and industry leaders in taking ambitious climate action while helping to build a more sustainable environment and society by #creatingwithcare.   We are extremely grateful to our teams at MANE who continue to work tirelessly to make our vision a reality.
