EARLY CAREER PROFESSIONALS CRAFT THE FUTURE! In our dynamic partnership with ESSEC Business School, LVMH Fragrance Brands is proud to have sponsored a business case study for the students of the ESSEC LVMH Chair. The project was expertly steered by Delphine DION, LVMH Chaired Professor, Bianca Monzon, LVMH Chair Executive Director, and Professor Boris GUFFOND. Over three months, student groups immersed themselves in the heritage of our Maison Parfums Givenchy to address a significant industry challenge: How can AI help elevate retail experience in our Boutiques ? Throughout the project, students had the opportunity to challenge their ideas through a mid-term presentation and multiple follow-up sessions with our Maison's sponsor jury—Zhen ZENG, Operational Marketing Director for China, and Basil Brisset, Retail Performance & Operation Director. Finally, the teams pitched their final presentations at our headquarters with power, confidence, and excellence ! Let’s open a new chapter of the FLOWER BY KENZO story that started over twenty years ago: FLOWER LA RÉCOLTE PARISIENNE BY KENZO. A new radiant Eau de Parfum composed of 93% ingredients of natural origin* with a poetic take on nature protection: harvest the fragrance, not the flower. To celebrate the new Eau de Parfum, our team members were invited to an olfactory discovery workshop where they delved into the essence of the Eau de Parfum, exploring its carefully chosen raw materials and learning about the innovative headspace technology employed in its creation. Indeed, in keeping with its life-long virtuous philosophy, KENZO Parfums harvested the scent of the dahlias that Masami Charlotte Lavault, KENZO Parfums’ ambassador, passionately cultivates in her Parisian field, using the Nature Print® technique. This technique allowed us to capture her flowers' scents without picking them to keep their purest form, at once intact, radiant and wild. LVMH Fragrance Brands is delighted to share that we have been recognized with two prizes at The Fragrance Foundation France's 2024 Awards on June 12th where Laure CORVAISIER, International Marketing Director Perfumes & Brand events at Parfums Givenchy, proudly represented Givenchy fragrances. The savoir-faire and creativity of our perfumers and teams have been rewarded in two significant categories. Our powerful and captivating L'Interdit Rouge Ultime Eau de Parfum, crafted by Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo, and Fanny Bal, received the Professional's Prize for Best Women's Variation of an existing fragrance—a nod to our dedication to excellence in selective perfumery. Additionally, the daring Téméraire Eau de Parfum from La Collection Particulière, signed by Nicolas Bonneville, was honored as the best Niche Fragrance for a brand within a group. This emblematic event celebrates each year the expertise and talents of the perfume industry. This year, out of 187 competing fragrances, 16 were awarded. To honor this milestone, we hosted at our HQ an exclusive and immersive workshop filled with expertise and celebration. Lexus Romet and Manuela Obando, Marketing Product Managers, took us through the powder's 35-year history and relaunch strategy, while Emmanuelle RICHARD, Formula Industrialisation Coordinator, provided exclusive insights into the new formula's development. Patrice Lepere, Trainer France, elevated our expertise with his savoir-faire in color-correction during an engaging makeup masterclass.
