Propono ŝanĝi la funkciadon de la ŝablonoj Vdk kaj Vdf

Saluton, mi proponas ŝanĝi la funkciadon de la ŝablonoj {{Vdk}} kaj {{Vdf}}. Tiuj ŝablonoj estas uzataj por dividataj vortoj inter du paĝoj (kiam la unua parto estas en iu paĝo, kaj la dua paro estas en la sekvanta). Nuntempe, por la ŝablono Vdk, la parametroj estas 1) unua parto de la vorto kaj 2) la tuta vorto. Por Vdf, la parametroj estas 1) dua parto de la vorto kaj 2) la tuta vorto. Mi proponas ŝanĝi tiel: la parametroj de la du ŝablonoj estas 1) unua parto de la vorto kaj 2) dua parto de la vorto. Ekzemple, anstataŭ {{Vdk|inter|internacia}} kaj {{Vdf|nacia|internacia}}, estus {{Vdk|inter|nacia}} kaj {{Vdf|inter|nacia}}. Nur ŝanĝus la nomon de la ŝablono, kaj ne la parametroj. Se oni sukcesus aktualigi la uzon de la ŝablono en ĉiuj paĝoj, tiam laŭ mi tiu ŝanĝo estas tute senca. Sed ĉu la ŝablono entute estas plu utila? Mi pensas ke la ŝablonoj estas utilaj: la sistemo aŭtomate kunigas la vorterojn, sed en la HTML-kodo, ili ne estas kunigitaj kiel unu vorto. Estas nur du vortetoj kunigitaj, sed ne unu vorto. Do, tiu povas krei problemojn kun legado-helpiloj. Lepticed7 (diskuto) 15:05, 15 jan. 2023 (UTC)

@HenriLeFoll @Wierzbowski Saluton. Ekde 2018, la sistemo aŭtomate kunigas la vorterojn, se la divido-komenco finiĝas per streketo. El la helpaj paĝoj de la angla kaj franca vikifontaroj, mi lernis ke la ŝablonoj nur utilas la divido estas en notoj. Do, mi proponas du ŝanĝojn: unu, ŝanĝi la funkciadon de la ŝablonoj, du, nur uzi tiuj ŝablonojn kiam utilas. Se vi konsentos, mi forigos la ŝablonojn kiam ili neutilas. Editing news 2023 #1

This newsletter includes two key updates about the Editing team's work:

1. The Editing team will finish adding new features to the Talk pages project and deploy it.
2. They are beginning a new project, Edit check.

Talk pages project

Some of the upcoming changes

The Editing team is nearly finished with this first phase of the Talk pages project. Nearly all new features are available now in the Beta Feature for Discussion tools.

It will show information about how active a discussion is, such as the date of the most recent comment. There will soon be a new "Aldoni temon" button. You will be able to turn them off at Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing-discussion. Please tell them what you think.

Daily edit completion rate by test group: DiscussionTools (test group) and MobileFrontend overlay (control group)

An A/B test for Discussion tools on the mobile site has finished. Editors were more successful with Discussion tools. The Editing team is enabling these features for all editors on the mobile site.

New Project: Edit Check

The Editing team is beginning a project to help new editors of Wikipedia. It will help people identify some problems before they click "Publikigi la ŝanĝojn". The first tool will encourage people to add references when they add new content. Please watch that page for more information. You can join a conference call on 3 March 2023 to learn more.
