This file is under fair use but it contains element(s) that can be licensed freely or public domain, such as simple design (most common reason for logos), over protection (historic images exceeds longest copyright term, not include URAA files), the author has licensed it under an acceptable free license or it is assumed to be ineligible for copyright (threshold of originality).

Feel free to review and retag on the image description page. Moreover, if this file is useful, then it should be moved to Commons.
