PandaDoc all-in-one software streamlines sales workflows with built-in eSignatures, CRM integrations and detailed document analytics. Design, approve, send, track, and eSign proposals and contracts that win more business.[1] PandaDoc used by companies like FreshBooks, Panasonic, VentureBeat, and Patagonia.[2] The company was founded in 2013 by Mikita Mikado and Serge Barysiuk, and based in San Francisco, California.[3][4] PandaDoc currently has offices in Minsk, Belarus [5] and St. Petersburg, Florida.[6] As of 2018, the company reached the key milestone, signs 8,000th paying customer.[7]

History

PandaDoc was founded in 2013 by Mikita Mikado and Serve Barysiuk.[3] Mikita Mikado and Serve Barysiuk initially created Quote Roller in 2011.[8][9]

Investments

In 2015, PandaDoc raised US $5 million in Series A funding, and a Series B round worth US $15 million in 2017 led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, which also included funding from Microsoft Ventures, HubSpot, EBRD and Altos Ventures. [10][11]

Software

PandaDoc proposal and contract software is a SaaS product that can help sales organizations streamline their sales process from creation to delivery to collecting a signature.[12]

The software is available in English. The primary goal of the software is to streamline and simplify processes and tasks to boost efficiency as well as productivity in sales.[13]
